Product Description
MF400 is a lubricant containing PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) solid lubricating particles, which not only provides lubrication but also performs a cleaning function. After the solvent evaporates, the dried surface forms a PTFE lubricating layer with an extremely low coefficient of friction. It does not attract dust and offers excellent lubrication and wear-reducing properties.
With a wide operating temperature range, MF400 can be applied under extreme conditions for equipment that is otherwise difficult to lubricate. It extends lubrication intervals and provides outstanding protection.
The dry film lubricant penetrates and adheres to surfaces of metal, paper, wood, rubber, plastics, glass, and most other components requiring lubrication. It forms a non-contaminating lubricating film to prevent direct contact between frictional surfaces, thereby reducing wear.

Directions for Use
(1)Application methods: Brush coating, dip coating, or immersion.
(2)Ensure the surface is cleaned and dried before application.
(3)Apply in a well-ventilated area; once dried, the film poses no hazards.
Precautions for Use
(1)Contains solvents: Ensure adequate ventilation.
(2)Wash hands before smoking or eating after handling.
(3)May cause skin or eye irritation; wear appropriate protective equipment.
(4)In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if necessary.
(5)Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Storage
(1)Volatile product: Seal tightly after use to avoid evaporation.
(2)Store in a cool, dry, and dark place, away from heat sources.
(3)Keep away from oxidizing agents, strong acids, and alkaline substances.
