Thermally Conductive Adhesive UR6320
Thermally conductive adhesive is a solvent-free, two-component thermally conductive bonding material that can cure at room temperature. After curing, the product forms an elastomer with certain thermal conductivity, capable of high-strength bonding on various substrates such as PET, aluminum-plastic film, aluminum, and ceramics. It exhibits excellent mechanical strength, as well as aging resistance, vibration resistance, and impact resistance.
Instructions for Use
-
The bonding surfaces should be cleaned of oil, dust, or other contaminants.
-
Apply the adhesive to the bonding area using the provided mixing nozzle. If possible, apply appropriate pressure and use fixtures to hold the parts in place.
-
Place the bonded components in a room temperature environment and let them sit for 5 hours (depending on the actual temperature) to achieve 70–80% of the final strength.
-
The curing rate depends on the ambient room temperature.
-
After use, immediately close the cap to prevent contamination or curing in the container.
-
When the ambient temperature is below 20°C, allow the adhesive to equilibrate for at least 2 hours before use.
Precautions
-
Keep out of reach of children.
-
Do not pour unused adhesive back into the original container to avoid contamination.
-
This product contains organic amines, which may irritate skin, mucous membranes, and eyes.
