Product Description:
This product is made from medium-viscosity modified silicone oil, a cost-effective fluorinated lubricant grease. It is compatible with most rubber and plastic materials. The grease exhibits excellent stability at high temperatures, along with strong performance in both high and low temperatures. It also has superior antioxidant properties, making it ideal for long-lasting lubrication.

Operating Temperature Range:
-50 to 250°C

How to Use:

  • Apply with a brush, spatula, or automatic lubrication system, just like regular grease.

  • Ensure the surface of the workpiece is clean to avoid contamination from oxides, dust, oil, etc., which may affect adhesion.

Storage Instructions:

  • Seal the can after use to avoid contamination of the product.

  • Store in a cool, dry place.

  • Avoid contact with oxidizers, strong acids, and alkalis.

  • Stir the product thoroughly before use, and apply the appropriate amount. Ensure a smooth surface to prevent oil separation.

  • Ensure good ventilation during operation.

  • Regularly refill and replace the grease.

  • Clean your hands before eating after handling this product.

  • Keep the work area clean to prevent contamination by mechanical impurities, dust, water, or other solvents.

  • Do not mix lubricants from different brands or models.

Application scope

Applications:

  1. Lubrication and friction reduction for bearings, gears, guide rails, and cams subjected to extremely high temperatures and heavy loads, where regular greases cannot perform.

  2. Especially suitable for the lubrication of bearings in film-stretching machines, heat-setting machine conveyor belts, corrugated paper machines, hot air fan bearings, hot oil pump bearings, high-temperature motor bearings, and high-temperature bearings on spray coating production lines.

  3. Lubrication for high-temperature valves and seals.
