Description:
UR6200 is a solvent-free, eco-friendly two-component structural adhesive. Upon mixing the two components, a cross-linking reaction occurs, resulting in a strong cured bond. It can cure at room temperature or with heat acceleration. Once cured, it exhibits excellent adhesion to most substrates and can serve as a replacement for welding, threaded fasteners, tapes, and conventional mechanical fastening methods.
The high intrinsic strength of the two-component adhesive, along with uniform stress distribution, helps reduce stress concentration and improve the fatigue life of assembled parts.
