EUBO FG204 Fluorine Grease is a medium-viscosity perfluoropolyether (PFPE) lubricant, thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and refined with special anti-corrosion additives. This fluorine grease is specially designed for bearings, gears, and components requiring lifetime lubrication under extreme conditions such as high temperature, high speed, heavy load, and chemical corrosion. It exhibits excellent chemical inertness, long-term durability, and low volatility.
Features / Advantages:
-
Wide operating temperature range: -40℃ to 280℃.
-
Provides long-lasting lubrication.
-
Long service life, maintenance-free.
-
No flash point, no autoignition.
-
Chemically inert; does not react with oxygen or even liquid oxygen, preventing aging.
-
Low volatility at high temperatures, no loss, no carbon buildup, no precipitation, no migration.
-
Resistant to steam, strong acids and alkalis, and over 2,000 chemical substances.
-
Broad material compatibility and excellent electrical insulation properties.
-
Chemically inert, insoluble in water and most solvents.
-
Compatible with nearly all engineering plastics and elastomers.
-
Outstanding film-forming, load-bearing, and lubrication performance; film-forming ability is three times that of ordinary lubricants.
Applications:
-
Lubrication of high-temperature valves and seals.
-
Fuser films on printer and copier fixing assemblies.
-
Situations where lubricant volatility must be minimized, such as cleanroom equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
-
Lubrication and friction reduction for bearings, gears, guides, and cams under extreme conditions that ordinary greases cannot withstand, including high temperatures and heavy loads.
-
Especially suitable for bearings in film stretching machines, hot setting machine conveyor belts, corrugated paper machines, hot air machines, hot oil pumps, and high-temperature motors.
-
Lubrication and sealing under other harsh environments, such as low or high temperatures, corrosive conditions, solvents, and liquefied natural gas (LNG).
Usage Instructions:
-
Apply like ordinary lubricating grease using a brush, spatula, or automatic lubrication device.
-
Ensure workpiece surfaces are clean to prevent oxidation, dust, or oil contamination from affecting adhesion.
-
Packaging: 1 kg per can (6 kg per box).
Storage:
-
Seal the container immediately after use to prevent contamination.
-
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
-
Do not expose to oxidizers, strong acids, or alkaline substances.
Precautions:
-
Stir thoroughly before use and apply an appropriate amount; smooth out after application to prevent oil separation.
-
Ensure adequate ventilation during handling.
-
Regularly replenish and replace the grease as needed.
-
Wash hands thoroughly before eating after contact with the product.
-
Maintain cleanliness during use to avoid contamination by mechanical debris, dust, water, or other solvents.
-
Do not mix with greases of different brands or grades.
